Restorative Circles for Domestic Violence
Our third and latest Act 11 Memorandum of Understanding, which authorizes GFCJC to run Restorative Circles for Domestic Violence and establishes responsible procedures and case referral protocols, includes signatories from both Windsor and Windham Counties: State’s Attorneys, leaders of men’s Domestic Violence Accountability Programs, director of the Women’s Freedom Center, the heads of Probation and Parole plus the Department of Children and Families.
