Circles of Support and Accountability (COSA)

As part of a panel of community members and Justice Center staff, you will work to provide friendship and guidance to someone coming out of incarceration. This program is an intervention for those considered likely to reoffend due to being released without a network of friends or family to provide support as they reintegrate into the community. A COSA provides a space for the participant to feel like a part of the community again, express concerns or fears, and receive guidance. If you are interested in participating in a COSA, please contact info@gfcjc.org or fill out the form on this page.

Reparative Panels

As part of a panel of community members and Greater Falls Community Justice Center staff, you will meet with clients who have caused harm. You will discuss the offense and strategize about creative ways to repair the harm. The panel considers how the victim was impacted as well as the community at large. We assess what the client needs to keep from reoffending, which may include additional resources or services. If you are interested in participating in a Reparative Panel, please contact info@gfcjc.org or fill out the form on this page.

Training

We offer a Department of Corrections orientation and training specific to either the COSA or Reparative Panels program. Please contact us at info@gfcjc.org for more information or fill out the form on this page.
