Two dozen members of community organizations and town citizens sit at the Springfield police station with Chief Burnham for the Friday morning Community Table. The Chief begins by introducing the new microtransit program from The Moover, with its recognizable Holstein cow black and white logo, that operates like an Uber but provides rides for free to anyone within Springfield.
